Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging. SPYDERTEK riser pads must be unopened.
• To start a return, email cosmic@cosmicvalentine.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked service; we can't cover returns lost in transit.
• Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Exchanges: return the original item as above and place a new order for the replacement. Shipping applies both ways.
• Damaged, defective, or wrong item? Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a prepaid return label and make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
• International orders follow the same terms. Original duties, taxes, and shipping are non-refundable.
• Free and promotional items aren't eligible for refunds.
